Ian advises institutional investors and developers across Logistics, Living and Repurposing including acquisitions, disposals, forward funding, forward commitment, asset management, ground rent, income strip investments, and option and development agreements. Together with his team he has transacted over £1BN logistics deals for CBRE Global Investors, St Modwen and Warehouse REIT.

Katherine heads the Real Estate Knowledge Team which supports the expertise, development and operational efficiency of the group. She is particularly interested in how technology can be applied to improve client service and create new cost-effective ways of working. She is chair of the firm's Kira Steering Group following the 2018 roll-out of this innovative machine learning AI software.
