A UK industrial and logistics sector expert, he began his career at Jones Lang LaSalle, worked with Gazeley Properties (now GLP) and Brixton plc (now part of SEGRO) before joining Prologis in 2003.

In his role, Dean focuses on investment and asset management of European real estate opportunities and is responsible for UK Industrial Origination and Execution. In the past four years, Dean has been responsible for ~£1bn of UK industrial investment transactions including the March 2021 disposal of the Vantage Platform to Blackstone Managed Funds for £250m.
